Sales Manager- Sales and Business Development

Roles and Responsibilities
  • The salesperson will work towards achieving the sales target month on month. Follow up on leads, call prospects to the site, and show the clients around.
  • Responsible for sales and marketing of the residential site through all verticals
  • Follow the leads, negotiate commercial terms & closing the sale.
  • Networking with corporate, HNI & other clients for project marketing & sales.
  • Plan and implement strategies for new projects launch- project marketing & sales planning.
  • Establishing relationships with all distribution partners.
  • Share inputs on design, cost comparisons, feedback on vendor selection for top management, and coordination and planning of the entire exercise.
  • Responsible for post-sales cycle and customer satisfaction.
  • Create and sustain a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst the team members.
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring fair and honest dealing.
  • Graduate/MBA with at least 5+ years of real estate sales experience with a renowned developer or channel partner.
  • Location – Noida, Gurugram
