Roles and Responsibilities
- The salesperson will work towards achieving the sales target month on month. Follow up on leads, call prospects to the site, and show the clients around.
- Responsible for sales and marketing of the residential site through all verticals
- Follow the leads, negotiate commercial terms & closing the sale.
- Networking with corporate, HNI & other clients for project marketing & sales.
- Plan and implement strategies for new projects launch- project marketing & sales planning.
- Establishing relationships with all distribution partners.
- Share inputs on design, cost comparisons, feedback on vendor selection for top management, and coordination and planning of the entire exercise.
- Responsible for post-sales cycle and customer satisfaction.
- Create and sustain a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst the team members.
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring fair and honest dealing.
- Graduate/MBA with at least 5+ years of real estate sales experience with a renowned developer or channel partner.
