The land parcel they own is a part of Jaypee Township in Noida- Greater Noida. With maximum corporate offices, shopping plazas, and affluent residential projects in proximity, the estimated revenue is high in the locality.
Similar to Gulshan Homz, many other real estate giants invested in land adjoining the Noida-Greater Noida expressway for worth Rs. 3,000 cr. The reputed real estate players initiated projects with a revenue potential of more than Rs. 10,000 cr.
