Mumbai-based developer House of Abhinandan Lodha (HOABL) launches a limited plots project in Ayodhya. These residential plots in Ayodhya are at a walking distance of 15 -20 minutes from Shri Ram Mandir.
The Lodha project named 'Sarayu' is a 7-star plotted development in Ayodhya. It is a part of HOABL's plan to invest Rs. 3,000 cr in Uttar Pradesh. The development is making headlines with national and foreign investors as well.
The legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan invested Rs. 14.5 crore in the project for 10,000 sq. ft. The top management of the developer was quoted saying,' Besides domestic demand from Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Lucknow, Kanpur, and Meerut for the project in Ayodhya, the company has received inquiries from non-resident Indians (NRIs) based in UK, US and South East Asia.'
After this mega project launch of Lodha plots in Ayodhya, HOABL's first phase of a 51-acre luxury residential project is underway. The House of Abhinandan Lodha collaborates with Leela Palace to introduce a 5-star pure veg hotel in Ayodhya parallel to luxury residential experience.
HOABL next plan is to venture in Vrindavan, Varanasi and other religious cities of Uttar Pradesh.
