This FY2022-23 also has been a good year for both Star Estate and Godrej Properties because of their better collaboration in doing marketing, sales, and timely possession rate of both companies. The Managing Director of Star Estate has said that they have done more than 500 crores of sales with Godrej Properties in the FY 2022-23, and it is expected that the number can increase more in the coming year due to huge demand and more upcoming launched projects by Godrej Properties in major cities of India. The demand for residential projects in Tier 2 cities is now seeing more craze from homebuyers, and Godrej Properties has already launched its mid and luxurious segments of flats and apartments in cities like Pune and Sonipat. As per the internal record of Star Estate, the sales are pretty high in these locations due to their more affordability than the mega cities like Mumbai and Delhi and the changing work requirements by many companies that are allowing work from home policy.
